Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you may receive shipping confirmation and tracking details if available.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on your location.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–9 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before completing the order.

From time to time, Escoosh may offer free shipping promotions.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in selected locations across India.

Please note that additional charges may apply for COD orders.
To avoid extra charges and ensure faster order processing, we recommend choosing an online payment method.

Customers are requested to provide accurate contact details and shipping address to avoid delivery issues.

Incorrect Address

If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, Escoosh will not be responsible for delivery failures or delays.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please take clear photos or a video while opening the package and contact us immediately through Instagram @escoosh.store.
