Return & Refund Policy

At Escoosh, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that every poster is carefully printed and packed. However, if there is any issue with your order, we will gladly assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

To request this, please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Share clear photos or a short video showing the issue along with the packaging

After verification, we will offer either:

  • Free replacement, or

  • Full refund

Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item was damaged during delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by customers.

Refund Processing

Once your return or refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

  • For online payments, the refund will be sent to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer

Replacement Shipping

If your order qualifies for a replacement, Escoosh will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
